The primary mission of the Office of Student Administration (OSA) is to facilitate the academic experience of students enrolled in the University.  This broad mission encompasses a multitude of functions contributing to the administration of all graduate and undergraduate education, from student registration through continuation to graduation.

Primary duties & responsibilities:

  • Assist in matters relating to scholarships and financial aid
  • Attend to public/ students’ queries via emails and phone calls
  • Assist/back-up colleagues in other administrative functions

Interested applicants should possess the following:

  • Able to work independently
  • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Relevant work experience in educational environment preferred
  • Experience in using databases (e.g. PeopleSoft) preferred
  • Familiarity with MS Office software i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Powerpoint is an advantage
