Key Responsibilities:

To oversee the management of the Post-graduate programmes in the Pillar including:

- Facilitating of student applications & matriculations

- Liaison between university and companies for internship

- Planning and execution of reviews and events

- Formulation of policies and guidelines

- Prepare and present statistics to management team

- Review and enhance the programme in consultation with faculty to meet stakeholders' needs


To manage Pillar’s outreach efforts including:

- Spearhead Pillar’s outreach events such as exhibition, webinars, engagement sessions, etc, in conjunction with Office of Admissions and Marketing

- Liaison between student groups, alumni and Pillar involving outreach matters

- Coordinating Pillar’s involvement in university-wide outreach activities such as OpenHouse, Discovery week, etc.


To manage Pillar’s Publicity efforts including:

- Planning & streamlining brand strategy and content across all social media platforms

- Management of Pillar’s email, website and IG

- Video making, content design & curation

- Liaison with Office of Marketing for Pillar publicity campaigns


To provide general administrative support including:

- Administrative support for faculty

- Pillar events and functions

- University administrative duties



  • General degree or degree in marketing, communications, design or related.
  • Relevant experience in managing programmes and writing of policies.
  • Meticulous with details and good analysing skills for data and numbers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adept in communication and presentation.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders and coordinate projects. 
  • Familiar with brand marketing and social media management.
  • Experience in visual communication design specifically in areas such as websites, publication and advertisement mailers.
  • Prior experience in university setting will be an advantage.
