The primary mission of the Office of Student Administration (OSA) is to facilitate the academic experience of students enrolled in the University.  This broad mission encompasses a multitude of functions contributing to the administration of all graduate and undergraduate education, from student registration through continuation to graduation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide examinations administrative support, printing of examination papers, and seating plan logistics. 
  • Provide logistic support for events such as Commencement Day, Matriculation Day
  • Attend to public and students’ queries via email box and phone
  • Manage requests for status letters

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work independently
  • Good team player
  • Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
  • Relevant work experience in educational environment preferred
  • Experience in using  databases (e.g. PeopleSoft) preferred
  • Familiar with MS Office software i.e. MS Word, MS Excel
