iTrust, Centre for Research in Cyber Security at SUTD, seeks to hire a qualified individual to fill the position of Deputy/Manager. He/she will report to the iTrust Center Director or nominee to assist in:

1. Day-to-day iTrust office and lab operations and administration;
2. Managing a new programme to award scholarships to recipients enrolled in SUTD’s Masters Programme; and
3. Publicity and outreach efforts (newsletter, website, visits, internships etc.)
   
   

An ideal candidate would be an independent and resourceful individual with project management (finance, HR, reporting, administrative) and events experience.  Interactions with faculty, staff, as well as personnel from the government and industry will form part of the duties of the Deputy/Manager, requiring effective interpersonal and communication (writing, presentation etc.) skills.

Applicants must have acquired:

1. a degree in any field (preferably engineering); and
2. at least 3-years of work experience with demonstrated abilities of the above duties.

Good writing skills would be a plus. Knowledge in cyber security and computer networking is advantageous though not mandatory.

Knowledge in cyber security, Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or technology translation and transfer is advantageous though not mandatory.
