The Office of Investment is seeking a self-motivated member to join the team to support and further develop the endowment’s processes in its fund administration, investment reporting & compliance and investment operations. The endowment has investments across global markets - public equities, fixed income, alternatives and private markets.
Responsibilities • Support existing fund administration and investment operations processes, and to further develop process enhancements to keep pace with the expansion in investment activities • Support and enhance portfolio performance, exposure, compliance and risk management report generation • Prepare management reports for Investment Committee and Board of Trustees • Support investment operations due diligence, monitoring, investment account and business-related operations with external business partners • Perform Treasury (trade execution) and cash management and banking related operations • Investment data management and develop analytics to support investment due diligence and fund administration • Support business office administration and planning, Investment Committee meeting management, and special assignments
Requirements • Independent and collaborative team player who enjoys the dynamism of working in a small team environment. Role entails multi-tasking across a breadth of middle office and business office activities • Solid working knowledge of global investment management, financial markets, instruments and experience with mid/back-office industry practices and processes • Demonstrable skills in fund administration, investment reporting, investment operations and Treasury trade execution • Minimum 5 years’ experience in established investment management organisations • Possess a good Bachelor degree from accredited university, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration. Diploma holder with extensive and relevant skillsets/experience will be considered • Meticulous, excellent organisational skills, adaptable • Excellent communication skills, both written and presentation skills • Highly proficient in MS Excel (VBA for report generation and investment analytics) and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint), Bloomberg, Tableau
