The Engineering Systems and Design (ESD) pillar within the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) is pursuing multiple, exceptional tenure-track/tenured faculty hires at all levels.

The Engineering Systems and Design (ESD) pillar within SUTD offers exceptional undergraduate and doctoral degrees with focus on Business Analytics and Operations Research, Financial Services, Supply Chain and Logistics, and Aviation Systems. Job Requirements for Tenure-track/Tenured Faculty
We seek to fill positions in several areas including but not restricted to statistical and machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), operations research, data science, and industrial and systems engineering, with applications to healthcare, sustainability, supply chains and logistics, urban mobility, and quantitative finance.
The successful candidates will have earned or be nearing completion of a doctorate in an engineering systems-related field and have solid grounding in one or more systems methodologies including, but not limited to, AI/ML, optimization, stochastic modelling, statistics, game theory, financial engineering, and simulation. Empirical, experimental, computational, and analytical research approaches are all welcome. Candidates must be committed to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels and to developing and maintaining an active research program.
