Senior Manager/Manager, 

Venture Partner & Builder 

• You will be the end-to-end partner of research commercialisation teams. You will facilitate connections with partners in the startup ecosystem and industry contacts to help bring research teams and spin offs to the next stage of their journey.
• You will also be supporting and guiding undergraduate and Master student teams on micro-innovation projects through various stages of development to help them build their proof-of-concept and pilot their solutions.

Grant Coordination & Management 

• You will facilitate and coordinate relevant grant applications.  Primary responsibilities include guiding undergraduate and Master student teams in their grant proposals, sourcing and coordinating mentor support for teams, providing venture support, conducting grant briefings, partnering teams and tracking teams' progress in their milestones, managing micro-innovation grants and reports
• You will coordinate the evaluation and award of research commercialisation grant call proposals.

Program management 

• You will organise and facilitate workshops, events, and networking sessions to promote micro-innovation amongst students and research commercialisation amongst researchers.  This includes outreach and promoting participation in these programs and workshops. You will be working closely with colleagues and should be comfortable moving seamlessly between planning, content, and execution.
