1) Check and update the key inventory and register.
2) Conduct inspection for cleaning services
3) Soft FM Invoicing/Filing

4) Resignees exit clearance
5) Management of FM stores in office (for handyman/cleaner to draw out. E.g. masterkey, lockset, cleaning supplies)
7) Uploading/downloading of EV charging utilization and billing to EV drivers

8) Office/pantry equipment mgt (like shredder machines, fridge, microwave, etc…)
9) Witnessing the disposal of write-off asset
10) Assist in coordinating and organizing meeting for OCIF 
11) Update records, spreadsheets, or databases related to facilities management, such as inventory, work/purchase orders, utilities consumption etc…
12) Organize and maintain physical and digital files, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible.
13) Assist in call quotations
14) Assist in putting purchase requisition via SPEED
15) Any other tasks that assigned from time to time
