The Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD) invites applications for a postdoctoral research fellow, for a project on the security of a cyber-physical power system.
Job Description: Under direction of the project PI, formulate and carry out research on the security of cyber-physical systems. Collaborate with fellow researchers and/or PhD students. Participate and present in research planning and review meetings. Document research activities and findings. Communicate research results by presentation and publication in peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
Qualifications: PhD in computer science, computer engineering, or related areas, and a track record of publications in high-quality journals and/or conferences.
Skills and Experience: Strong analytical skills, and experience in designing and interpreting scientific experiments in a network, control, or real-time system setting. Working knowledge of machine learning, data analytics, cybersecurity, or cyber-physical system security is highly desirable. Good written/oral communication skills in English, and ability to work effectively in a collaborative team setting.
